The James St Gift Card is a physical Gift Card that is redeemable at over 100 speciality stores, restaurants, bars and beauty providers on James St. Redeeming is easy, simply: swipe, select savings and enter the pin.

A James St Gift Card can only be used in-store at a participating James St retailers as listed below.

Gift cards are exclusively available online.

Orders are processed weekly on Tuesday and Thursday mornings (excluding public holidays).

Postal orders are sent via Registered Australia Post and are subject to Australia Post delivery times. Typically, they will be received within 3-6 business days from the date it is posted. When the card is on its way, you will receive an email with the Australia Post tracking details.

Please note, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be taken to the nearest post office for collection with photo ID. This may cause delays in receiving your Gift Card.

It is the responsiblity of the recipient to monitor the shipping progress of the order. Please contact giftcards@jamesst.com.au as soon as possible should there be an issue with the tracking details provided.

Local pick up is available 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from the James Street Initiative office located at Level 1, 60 James St (enter via Arthur St) Fortitude Valley. Pick up orders will receive email confirmation when the card is ready for collection.
