The James St Gift Card is available as a digital or physical card and can be redeemed in-store at participating James St specialty stores, restaurants, bars, hotels, cafés and beauty providers as listed below.

Digital Gift Cards are redeemed by tapping a compatible device at the payment terminal at the below listed participating businesses.

Physical Gift Cards are redeemed by swiping the card, selecting Savings and entering the PIN at participating businesses marked with an asterisk below.

James St Gift Cards are available to purchase exclusively via the James St website.

Gift Cards can be loaded with a value between $5 and $500, with a maximum value of $500 per transaction. Please note, fees apply subject to the card type and postage.

Digital Gift Cards are sent via SMS to the recipient’s Australian mobile number and can be stored in a compatible digital wallet.

Digital Gift Cards cannot be forwarded to another recipient. If purchasing a Gift Card for someone to receive at a later date, delivery can be scheduled up to three months in advance. Scheduled Gift Cards are sent at 9AM AEST on the selected date.

Please allow up to 48 hours for card activation.

Digital Gift Cards can only be sent to Australian mobile numbers.

Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed at all participating James St businesses listed below.

When making a purchase, open the digital wallet, select the James St Gift Card and tap the device on the payment terminal. 

Physical Gift Cards are processed by the card provider on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding public holidays. Cards are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order placement, excluding public holidays.

Cards are sent via express post using the card provider's nominated delivery agent for a flat rate of $9.95. A tracking number will be emailed to the purchaser once the order has been dispatched.

Physical Gift Cards can be redeemed at participating businesses marked with an asterisk below.

When making a purchase, swipe the Gift Card through the payment terminal, select Savings and enter the 4-digital PIN on the back of the card.

James St Gift Cards in all formats are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed before the expiry date. For full card terms please refer to the James St Gift Card Terms and Conditions relevant to your card type here.

Gift Cards can be used across multiple transactions until the available balance has been spent.
