Sweet dreams are made of this… good pasta, of course! Every Wednesday from 5PM throughout August, Gerard’s Bar are hosting a pasta night called GOOD PASTA = GOOD DREAMS. With a new menu every week, diners will tuck into a serving of silky homemade strands of pasta with meats from the Gerard’s Bar charcuterie cabinet, complimented with slow-cooked sauces for $15. Think the humble Fettuccine with Guanciale and Parmesan-Reggiano or a creamy Cacio e Pepe. Better yet, pair the pasta with a natural or Italian wine (although not included in the price).
