ESSA - Tuna and Scallop Bottarga Toast

Urban List, in collaboration with ING, are bringing 12 dishes to venues across the country that are full of flavour but easy on your wallet. You can find one of these dishes on James St at ESSA. For just $38 ESSA is serving whipped tuna, bottarga, raw scallop and fennel pollen with a glass of Dr Edge Blanc de Noir - A Tamar Valley single vineyard blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Available until 4 October 2026. 

Gelato Messina scooping BUENISSIMO gelato

Just when you thought Gelato Messina couldn’t get any better, they decided to create a dessert made fresh to order. BUENISSIMO is a milk chocolate and hazelnut gelato topped with cone crunch, hazelnut fudge, and crushed hazelnuts. Being served up in-store until 6 October. 

The Green – Dark Green Dinner

Dine at The Green after dark on Fridays and Saturdays for their Dark Green Dinner, featuring a 6-course set menu for $60 per person with all of your favourite Middle Eastern dishes. 

James & Antler

Each month, James & Antler add a limited-edition croque to their menu, and this month’s flavour is chicken bacon ranch. For those transitioning to cold drinks as the weather warms, they have a Biscoff Magnum crack iced latte and Reese’s Pieces cold foam to add to iced drinks.

Your midweek lunch just got tastier at NIIWA. From Tuesday to Friday, dine in for donburi lunch bowls with your choice of vegetarian yakisoba, beef, chicken teriyaki, miso salmon or karaage Japanese curry. Available from 11.30am-4pm.
