Biànca, Cru Bar + Cellar, Hellenika, Lobby Bar at The Calile Hotel, sAme sAme, SK Steak & Oyster, and The Standard Market Company will be cooking up a seven-course degustation dinner featuring produce from the hotel’s rooftop garden, beef and dairy raised on the methane-reducing SeaFeed, with all profits being donated to the first ever forest-scale kelp restoration project in the southern hemisphere.

All tickets purchased are also entered into The Calile Hotel’s Prize Draw with Purpose, featuring three incredible prizes:
