From the Butcher’s Block is a one-night only collaboration between the two renowned steak restaurants that cuts through the noise, putting craftsmanship, provenance and flavour back at the centre of the plate by way of beef.
With butcher and Victor Churchill founder Anthony Puharich guiding guests through each of the four beef-focused courses — featuring cuts from O’Connor, Rangers Valley and Stone Axe, as well as new dishes yet to grace the SK menu — diners can expect an evening that is as educational as it is experiential
