Three cities, three venues, three martinis – if good things really do come in threes, then this tiny ‘tini trio at SK Steak & Oyster is the best of the best.

The master mixologists from Sydney’s Maybe Sammy, Melbourne’s Apollo Inn, and our very own SK Steak & Oyster have joined forces to devise a flight of mini martinis, in partnership with Grey Goose, to celebrate the iconic cocktail and its pint-sized resurgence.

Each putting their own signature spin on the drink, Maybe Sammy have opted for a crisp and herbaceous martini that’s brightened by native lemon myrtle, while Apollo Inn’s creation leans more citrusy featuring Mildura mandarin and a vermouth blend. SK, on the other hand, are going all in on umami with a vodka that’s been fat-washed with rendered Kiwami beef fat and Ars Italica white sturgeon caviar – because it wouldn’t be SK  without a little caviar.

The Grey Goose martini flights are now available from all three venues for $45 but you’ll have to be quick because these limited-edition libations will only be on offer until Sunday 5 October.
