On Wednesday 3 September Gerard’s own Chef Jimmy Richardson will be joined by Chef Charly Pretet of Terra Firma Dining  to create a bespoke, 5 course menu that features Mediterranean-inspired flavours and highlights quality cuts of wagyu kindly supplied by Westholme.
