Essa is their name and wood fired feasts are their game and this special edition of Essa’s Five Chefs Five Plates on Friday 26 January is serving up just that. On the menu diners can expect, porchetta, wood-fired prawns, wagyu skewers, potato gratin and grilled eggplant – plus, some extra side surprises. Dietaries can be accommodated, and seats are $88 per person.
