Taking centre stage this time is Matt Large of Praeter Wine. From Pecorinos to Nebbiolos, Large is bringing a range of his Adelaide Hills small-batch wines to be paired with a produce-driven, bespoke multi-course menu designed by Head Chef Phil Marchant and his innovative team.

Expect some seriously good food, generous pours, and the chance to hear directly from the winemaker about vineyard, vintage and what’s in the bottle
