There’s one sure fire way to be on to a winner this Spring Racing Carnival and its name is Derby Day at SK Steak & Oyster.

On Saturday 31 October, SK will mark the opening of the Melbourne Cup Carnival with a four-course menu showcasing the restaurant’s signature dishes, paired with a four-hour premium beverage package featuring Louis Roederer Champagne, premium wines, spirits, cocktails and beer.

Across the afternoon, attendees will also enjoy full race day coverage, sweepstakes, live music and Fashions on the Field, with Derby Day’s famed black-and-white dress code setting the tone.
