In a James St first, Pip Spiro will be hosting a solo exhibition on James St entitled, ALL HER GLORY. The exhibition will show at 50 James Street (next door to Silk Laundry) from Friday 20 July until Saturday 28 July. Inspired by natural surrounds and a quintessential Queensland upbringing in the outdoors, artist Pip Spiro’s vivid and meticulously detailed watercolour paintings will come to life at her solo exhibition ALL HER GLORY.
ALL HER GLORY encompasses a series of large-scale portraits of flora, fruits and shells, celebrating the beauty and design of the organic form. Spiro’s attention to detail is applied alongside wash of watercolour to create realism and depth in vibrant botanical compositions. Her artistic intention is to liberate the viewer to appreciate the natural world and its beauty.
