Legendary culinary creators Adam D’Sylva and Kay-Lene Tan are set to unite in collaboration with sAme sAme Head Chef, Arté Assavakavinvong for one-night only on Tuesday 26 March.

D’Sylva, founder and former Executive Chef of CODA and TONKA is one of Australia’s most highly regarded chefs. Coming from an Indian-Italian background and drawing inspiration from travels around the world, D’Sylva’s cuisine is considered modern Australian with global influences. Tan, former Executive Pastry Chef of CODA and TONKA continuously demonstrates her dedication to the craft and was bestowed with Foodservice Magazines ‘Rising Star Award’. These joint forces will bring a unique flare to the much-adored menu of sAme sAme.
