RESORT Mexican Dinner

Scrumptious Reads and Hive Cafe invite you to join them to launch the new book from Phaidon, Mexico the Cookbook, during RESORT!

Get in the RESORT spirit by being transported on a taste-bud holiday by chef Danielle Dixon.

The menu will be created from this fantastic cookbook that promises authentic and mouth watering dishes from all regions of Mexico. With a culinary history dating back 9,000 years, Mexican food draws influences from Aztec and Mayan Indians and is renowned for its use of fresh aromatic ingredients, colourful presentations and bold food combinations.

What beverage will take this dinner to another level? Tequila, of course! And not just any tequila, but Tequila Clase Azul – a premium brand tequila straight outta Mexico.
