Gerard’s Bistro is pleased to invite Head Chef Nick Holloway of North Queensland’s acclaimed Nu Nu Restaurant into the kitchen for an intimate dinner on Tuesday 21 February.
While Gerard’s draws inspiration from Middle Eastern and Southern European influences, Nu Nu focuses on fresh, local produce and embracing our tropical climate through spices and flavours.
The dinner will be a share style, five-course degustation menu, where Williamson and Holloway’s styles will compliment each other.
