HAPPY 20TH BIRTHDAY JOCELYN’S! Your favourite Bakery, Jocelyn’s Provisions is setting up shop in the middle of the street for the James St Urban Picnic. They will be putting a contemporary spin on some of your most loved classics, namely their famous chocolate sour cream cake (affectionately known as our choc sour).

They’ve taken the recipe minus the chocolate, split and filled it with a heady mix of raspberry jam, white chocolate ganache and buttercream. It is then smothered all over in a smooth coating of buttercream with flecks of raspberry throughout the icing (pictured below).  They have then piled it high with blueberries, raspberries and strawberries, white chocolate petals and violets all dusted it with icing sugar… YUM!

They will also be serving delicious wagyu and porcini pies topped with Paris mash and minted peas, and for the kids, hand made min soft baguettes filled with chicken and leek chipolata’s, bbq onions and our own house made ketchup. The best part? all meats for these delicious pastries have been supplied by Prime from the Standard Market Company.  

Grab your picnic blanket, baked goods and get ready to settle in for the afternoon. Pastries + party-tunes… Sunday’s don’t get much better than that!
