Foob Lab at Gerard’s Bar is back!
Join them tomorrow night, Wednesday 16 November as Head Chef Jesse Holohan and Chef Blair Coleman takeover the kitchen – cooking with the best and freshest produce from the amazing Falls Farm.
Nestled in the hills behind Mapleton on the Sunshine Coast, The Falls Farm produces organic fruit, veggies and herbs in the loving hands of a green-thumbed family. Since 2013, The Falls Farm has been worked using a combination of traditional farming techniques and the latest organic soil knowledge.
This exciting collaboration will give diners the opportunity to enjoy a true farm to table experience, in the form of a 5-6 course degustation at $85pp.
