SK is renowned for its sumptuous American style cuisine and this one-off menu is no exception. To start, we’re talking freshly shucked oysters, crab cakes and buttermilk fried chicken. The main affair features show stopping roast turkey and glazed ham with apricot and whiskey glaze, served with cranberry sauce and gravy. Sides wise, traditional stuffing (you know the stuff), sweet corn biscuits, mash potato, lobster mac and cheese, and wedge salad. It is dessert that you’ll really want to save room for – that ‘once a year’ dish, that pumpkin pie with cardamon cream.
