Agnes Bakery
Agnes explores how the use of fire applies to working with ancient and sustainably grown grains, and how it can add to the complexity of flavours in sourdough and pastries, both sweet and savoury. Coffee from a local roaster is served, the forever friend to the mid-morning pastry.
The bakery is nestled in a heritage listed cottage on the sunshine filled corner of James Street and Harcourt Street in New Farm. The stunning interiors are designed by local architects Richards and Spence.
