Thought a French vacation was out of the question? Incorrect! Lobby Bar at The Calile is transporting diners to France for the third edition of Menu Swap from Wednesday 14 to Sunday 18 July.

The Menu Swap series provides Lobby Bar’s talented chefs with an opportunity to get creative and guests to savour flavours from far-flung locations. Why France? In celebration of Bastille Day and Sous Chef, Amélie Gunn’s homeland.

Featuring sixteen oh, so French dishes like Salad Niçoise, Comté Cheese Souffle, Tourte De Canard to Ratatouille to name just a few. Perfect wine pairings will also be on offer – merci!
