Our friends Blue & Grae, are set to take over The Calile Hotel Pop-Up space once again after originally setting up their first pop-up leather shop in October last year.

Made to order in their local Brisbane workshop, Blue & Grae design and craft Australian leather bags, accessories and homewares. Produced with love by co-owners, creators, designers and life partners, Josef and Grace, each piece is a product of timeless design techniques and their signature classic utilitarianism aesthetic.

Earlier this year, Blue & Grae supported James St with the creation of limited edition unisex bracelets entitled ‘Helping Hands.’ The bracelets supported those impacted by the Australian bushfire crisis and 100% of all sale proceeds was split evenly between Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal (FRRR) and NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service (WIRES). By wearing the creation, customers not only assisted the non-for-profits but the regional community where Blue & Grae source their materials from.

The creative duo, Josef and Grae will be at The Calile Pop-Up on the ground level (opposite the hotel’s lobby) from Friday 4 September to Sunday 11 October. All are invited to visit their pop-up, workshop and showroom and chat with the Josef and Grace about their creative process, personalisation and bespoke pieces.
