Two of Australia’s biggest names in Italian cuisine Shaun Malone of Bucci and Monty Koludrovic of Icebergs Dining Room and Bar in Sydney will be joining forces for one-night-only to host a Pasta Party – a celebration of the freshest pasta and old-world Italian cooking traditions with new-school techniques.

While their restaurants are in different states, there will be no inter-state rivalry at this party, as Malone and Koludrovic team up to serve a four-course Italian feast with matched wine.
