Join Gerard’s Bistro on Thursday 28 September for a ‘Reader’s Dinner’ presented by Gourmet Traveller Wine.
Mike Bennie, Gourmet Traveller’s wine expert, will host the evening leading you through and elaborate line-up of reds to match the charred, smoky flavours that are the result of cooking over flames and coals – these primal techniques will be showcased by Gerard’s Head Chef, Ben Williamson, who will create a four-course dinner to compliment an impressive selection of wine.
