Guest speakers include; Vanessa Pollock (Vanessa Pollock Training & Development), Brenda Fawdon (Real Food School) and Ash McLeod (Alfreshco), who will be sharing stories of their careers and will be challenging the traditional concept of ‘working in hospitality’.
