REDSEA Gallery is playing host to Christopher Lees latest exhibition Pathway to Solitude from Tuesday 4 April until Sunday 30 April.
Lees is a young Australian artist, who has earned a dedicated audience with his realistic paintings of outback Australia. He draws inspiration from remote landscapes, travelling extensively to encapsulate the true spirt of the Australian environment in his paintings.
With regard to Lees style of work, he states, “I exaggerate space and the elements of landscape which makes my work theatrical, but colour is the key. I want to ensure that people understand my work is concerned with the Australian landscape”.
The opening night of Lees exhibition is Thursday 6 April from 6PM – 8PM and all are welcome to attend however RSVP is essential at enquiries@redseagallery.com
